How has this not got any reply??? This is an efflo? Is the body color of the acro actually white with neon green coralites? I would love to see some more pics and know a price.
 
I ended up getting a nice sized frag of this from RRUSA. It's very sweet; it has unique growth pattern and unique corallites. I saw the mother colony and although it does grow out flat, it doesn't seem to grow in a big round plate like efflo's typically do. In regards to the corallites, it has like just polyps growing out of the skin in-between all of the distinctive corallites. That's what gives it that speckled look you see above.
 
Based on what your describing, probably not an efflo, more than likely Acropora solitaryensis. Looks pretty either way.
