Just want to share with you guys a very weird experience on the forum. I’m sure you know there was a really nice and funny live sale from RR USA few days ago:

That was really fun, I’m very new on the forum and this is the first live sale I see in my live, so it was a little confusing, hard to grab something that I want, because people are really fast here! But super fun! Clicking check-out and your cart is already empty because someone did it much faster than you! So I was there for full even, did the “CHECK-IN” every hour etc. And participated in few Photo Contests during the sale and was so happy that I won one! The one with Christmas tree. Here is the photo of my wife that we did during the sale hehehe :
We did it !!! Very happy about I’ve sent a message to @Reef Raft Concierge with a question. I knew that I need to purchase a shipping module for my prize but I wanted to ask if they could add some acros, maybe something is left after the sale behind the scenes so I’ve sent a question about and explained that I’m ready to pay for the shipping + additional $ for some cool acros frags if left, anything that they like they can add to the order and I will be happy to get it as mystery pack. So they’ve said no problems you add like X amount of dollars and we’ll add some cool acros to your prize. So I’ve said that I will add also to that money shipping module price and will send it directly to them. Was very happy about and that people are so nice here!
+DRAMA TIME+
Three days later after “weird questions” like:
- If I've a shipping module already?
- Or If I purchase anything during the livesale?
And then:
“In order for you to qualify for the contest you have to participate in the live sale if you didn’t buy a shipping module we cant honor the prize it wouldn't make it fair for everyone else”
I’m receiving the message that I can’t clam the prize because I didn’t purchased the shipping module during the sale hahaha… really guys? I’ve said I didn’t because I wanted to pay more and pay it directly. I’ve sent this message right after the end of the sale and requested additional information from you but got no info from you. That’s the way to do it ! Respect! Make someone happy in front of everyone and then change your mind … Perfect plan right. “it wouldn't make it fair for everyone else…” What are you talking about, not fair? Are you kidding me … I’ve was during all the sale with everyone else, sent photos for contests and won it, sent you the message that I’m ready to pay anything that is required and add more money to the order and you’re saying it’s not fair if I claim what I won?
When they've posted that I won, that was the message:

Nothing about shipping module and there is nothing by the way in the rules of the sale about contests during the sale, it's not saying who are eligible to participate. Why making things so difficult? So hard to be nice in this word I know, I know ...
So my first live sale on the forum with on of the “most trusted” sponsor here was like I described. Thank you @Reef Raft USA to make my wife and me VERY happy for Christmas for a VERY short period! Merry Christmas! Love to everyone!
P.S: I'm honestly posting this with a smile on my face ! But you should know, livesale is made to make people happy and attract buyer it's about community especially during Christmas time and what you did here it's just out of my understanding. Best of luck!
