I bought a colony of the RR Wolverine but it's not so spectacular. I can see the yellow corallites but I want to know how I can color it up, also, I don't have actinics, just blues, so that might be part of it. But it just doesn't glow yellow like it should :(

Or are you all lying an photo shopping your pictures like crazy? I'm getting suspicious!

I also had one before I lost it and I was blasting it with light under 250 mh radiums and the yellow was there big time !! But when nutrients dropped I def lost the yellow .. Hope that can help u alil bit

Yep...u probably need t5 actinic cause since I run actinic supplements leds, my Pikachu frag start to show noticeable yellow...

No actinic needed at all. I have mine under blue and white leds (120 w taotronics non dimmable). High flow, High Light and low nutrients (My p04 is never above .03 and nitrates never really above .05). Any high nutrients the yellow will disappear or turn green. Just a frag now but definitely can see the color. Only editing that was done was through iphone camera app camera+ to remove the blue of the leds, and pic was taken with iphone 5s

Nice!

I just see some people's wolverines and they're full on yellow! I don't get what's up with mine

Give it time it will start to shine! Got a nice size frag myself that I'm waiting to color up!

I moved my wolverine to higher light
Here's what was going on:
My tank has a brace in the middle at the top to keep the front from collapsing, the geniuses who designed it decided to make it opaque.
My maxpect razor has 3 circles of LEDs, one of which is right above the brace. My wolverine was right under it.
It was getting really low light. I did some minor re-aquascaping, and moved some things around. I moved the wolverine and instantly I saw it's true colours. The whole thing is dark green and nearly each corallite is bright yellow, as it should be. This thing is gorgeous!

Thanks to everyone for trying to help, turns out you'd have had to be in front of my tank to figure out the problem, but I appreciate the advice! And it'll still benefit me in the husbandy of this beautiful coral :D
