This is a picture of my tank after 6 weeks of cycling , I was dosing with special blend every 2 weeks. With no water change my parameters were all stable -
Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate0
I had feather duster worms that came with the life rock i bought from someone that was shutting down there system . Between week 4-6 i noticed spoinoid worms coming out the liverock.
I was ready for fish .
Then the night before i was going to get livestock on of my feet of my stand broke and causing my tank to collapse. Fortunately there was no damages to my tank and sump. I quickly drained my tank and placed all liverock into a drum with some of the tank water with a internal filter with matrix and carbon for circulation .
Once tank and sump was drained i replaced wooden feet with 45mm x25mm square tubing that i bolted to the base of the steel fram with 8mm tex screws.
While the tank is filling i will do a few more upgrades on my electrical . I also added 3 extractor fans to the back of the cabinet for more airflow.
I will post more pics once tank is up and running
