RSK300 overflowing

Hey all,

I’ve had the RSK300 in my tank for 10 days now and it is still overflowing. I have the valve turned fully to the minus and it is sitting in 7” of water. The walls of the cup are turning brown as it desperately wants to collect waste.. but it’s overflowing like crazy so I can’t close the drain valve. Any help would be appreciated.

Took almost 3 weeks for my Tunze 9410 to settle down. Got a bit frustrated and impatient. Did the vinegar cleaning as well. One day, woke up and it was working like a champ and hasn't had an issue since.
