Purchased a used Apex from Ryan a few months ago. I immediately had problems with it, so I contacted Neptune as Ryan wasn't responding. They thought it was a programming issue, and thought they had the problem fixed by manually uploading some files over telnet. A few weeks later, the problem came back so I contacted them again. It took Neptune two weeks to figure out it was hardware related the whole time, which put me past the point of being able to dispute through paypal. Ryan was not willing to refund the $80 that it will take to fix it. I would not recommend buying from him.
