I did a weekly water change today, shut off the switch on the power strip. After I was done I hit the switch and nothing... I cleaned the pump throughly it did feel hot? This tank is only 3 months old. I waited 30mins and now its back and running. Luckily I have a little 500gph pump in there for my acros. I’m afraid it will fail again when I’m sleeping or at school. HELP!

Any suggestions on gph rate? Its a 45 gallon.

The stock pump is rated at 570gph. Because this is an AIO system, I would stay close to that and also make sure the new pump fits in the back chamber.

I found a sicce pump on BRS that is 568 gph. It is BRS recommend so I may go with that.
