Rsm flow

Am I running too much flow? I have a rsm250 and have added 2 mp40s on opposite ends of the tank. I have them set at 20%. Is that too much flow for a mixed tank? My corals are doing okay... Montis, birds nest, stylo, Leathers, toadstool and mushrooms.

Here to watch as I have a rsm250 as well. Currently running a single Nero 5.
