Guys, I have two MP40s on side walls of my Reefer 250 (55g). I have the flow down to 40%. Cant figure out if thats adequate or too little/much. Also, not sure on what sequence to program and for how long (pulse, tidal swell, etc), sync, anti sync, etc. Can anyone share their schedule screenshots please?

I currently have a red anemone (been moving around for 10 days now, doesnt seem to find a spot it likes). 2 clownfish, blenny and chromis. Pics under the link below.

Appreciate your help. I just want to adopt someones proven sequence of modes and power levels.

Here is a pic of the tank (before livestock was added). Detalied build is under the link below. MP40s are facing each other.

I have a 40br but also running 2 mp40s. Here’s where I run my SPS dominate tank at. The other vortech is running anti sync 100% at the same time points.

2 MP40's for 55 gal may be too strong as u only need to move 3-4x water volume per hour. Anemone will settle in area of tank where it prefers however don't aim the powerheads directly at it. Oh and definitely put foam covers on powerheads or else anemone may walk into it and get shredded... happened to me once. Should also put powerheads on nightmode in evening to let livestock sleep.

Thanks, I have them at no more than 40% now. I should have mentioned, I also have reef link, so programming is easy. Have lagoon mode running at night to give them some relief. I do have foam covers on, great to hear that was a good call (even though they are an eye sore since they suck in junk).

My anemone has moved a few times, I may manually move it to the rock structure on the right, as it doesnt seem to find a good spot on the left structure. If anyone else has recommendations on modes, sequence etc for these powerheads, please share.
