Well, they are wholesale only, you must expect what a store would get....it's not a live aquaria kind of place....if you are able to order from Ron, just expect losses just like a fish store would have ~25-50%.
Yes, however, he won't admit that if you call him on it....stores and other wholesalers really look down on it...thus it's hard to get him to admit it.

It's best to judge a company by how they handle an issue. Everyone who ships will have successful shipments, but it's the ones that aren't that tell you the integrity of a business. My fish arrived with velvet after I was told the fish was completely healthy, and he ignored my emails after I informed him of it. I just chalked it up as a loss, and moved on.
That's why I only deal with Jordan at Among the Reef. He literally follows up to gauge the health of the fish through it's acclimation, and will work with me in the case something doesn't make it.
