Today in my morning rapid check to the tank, I noticed one milli half RTNed and noticed some tissue recession in my superman monti as I'm late to work I couldn't do more than a salinity test and fill my mixing container with water and salt...
So what do you do usually when you see something wrong in your system? Sick leave, day off, pray?

I'm a contractor so I'm my own boss i do whatever I need to do then go to work

For me the support of family comes first.
Then when I get home I hit the chemistry hard. Don't take drastic measures as this will complicate the matter.
Observation is key to making those logical decisions

There is only so much you can do anyway so I would have to go to work. If it was an emergency then I am taking off.

If it's RTN, there's not much you can do.

If it's STN, I've had success fragging off the healthier parts. It sucks to cut down a nice piece of coral, but it's a lot better than watching the whole thing slowly wither away. FWIW...
