Hi,
I was interested in trying the antibiotic suggested by Dr Craig Bingham for corals suffering from RTN which is Chloramphenicol, and I found a few suppliers in China who are willing to send it to the UK. But the cheapest price I found was 58 USD for 50 grams (thats 18 USD for the Chloramphenicol and 40 USD shipping). So I was wondering if there are any UK reefers who would go in on a group buy for it. If and UK reefers are interested perhaps post here? I think sending it on from the UK to anywhere else is a bit too much hassle but if any others want the details of the company I found I can pass them on. I found several companies willing to sell small amounts but the prices went up to 200 USD for 50g. The best price was the above (58 USD / 50 g), but obviously larger amounts would be more economic. If that was split say 4 ways, (14.5 USD each) that would suit me better.
BTW I hope theres nothing wrong with posting this here and if there is an the post has to be removed I apologise in advance. I won't post the company details unless a mod says its OK to do that.
