RTN bacteria ID

I started this in another post but wanted to make a second strictly to id these things. I have a spread of rtn right now and tissue samples are all showing the same bacteria. What are these guys and whats the best way to treat them?

These ciliates show up as a part of BJD. they help create the characteristic look of the disease.
