I need some opinions on this white spot on new sps, I believe it is just damage from the bag it was in whole transporting. Let me know your thoughts,

Looks more of a product of too little light and water flow.
Other possibilities are:
Hi alk
low CA
low Mag - another good possibility
high salinity
Water temp too warm

Targets:

Temp 77-79
ph 8.1-8.3
salinity 1.025
nitrate < .5
phos < .04
Ammonia < .03
mG 1300
Alk 8-11
CA 440
