Thinking about adding this as my first wrasse. Anyone have some pics of adults and experience with them? Love the look of these guys and would appreciate some input from anyone who has one.

I think they are pretty sharp looking so I purchased one from LA about 3 weeks ago, he arrived in bad shape and died within 72 hours which was a huge bummer. Not sure yet if I'll pull the trigger on another one or not.

So sorry to hear that. I think they look great as well. Not sure of how aggressive they are.

They are 2nd highest on the aggression list, if you plan to add any other Fairy Wrasse. I would suggest starting with the least aggressive and work up to this one.

What size is your tank and dimensions?

125G
6'x18"x23"
Right now I only have 6 fish.

One spot Foxface Rabbitfish
Lawnmower Blenny
Yellow Watchman Goby
Royal Gramma Basslet
Orchid Dottyback
Blue Green Chromis

Planning on adding a couple clowns, a wrasse or two, then flame angel and yellow tang last because of their aggression.
