Ruby longfin fairy wrasse changing phase?

It's weird, my Ruby kongfins head is changing color from it's body. It's about 2.5 inch. Can't really find any info on their phases. I thought it was in a terminal phase, but I guess not?

The head is more purple. Weird contrast with the red body

I wonder if you found out why the color transition. I got a new ruby longfin today. The head of this fish is definitely more purple than the body. The body is a red-orange.
