What do you need to treat? I may be wrong but I've never heard of it working for velvet or ich. Copper power is what I used for velvet and ich. @vetteguy53081 ?
I need it for ich. Black ich its all over my coral beautys gills but I dont know if its black ich cant get good picture of her. Shes inactive and wont swim out of her corner wont eat.

There’s only three ways to treat ick, copper based and hypo-salinity in QT, plus sometimes TTM.

Anything else is a leap of faith.
Im going to be honest she hasnt eaten in two weeks. Shes fat so she has a little bit of extra to keep her going. Beggining to give up on my tank parents wont order me stuff to get my GHA down ive had fish deaths dont know what to do anymore. GHA is 75% of the tank right now.

Has black ich been confirmed? I think treatment is slightly different versus Cryptocaryon irritants. Since black ich is more of a flatworm kind of pest hypo or praziquantel I think is the treatment

With white/grey ick, you have two choices.
A) Treat in QT and go fallow 70ish days.
B) Do nothing and see where it ends. This may cost you all fish.

If you have tons of GHA, then you have either unstable water chemistry or elevated nutrients, or both.

No. She dosnt really show symptoms I dont think just really inactive and wont eat. I dont know what to do with her. This hobby is beggining to kill me

Don't use in display. I think this is more for flukes and worms. Also probably a temporary treatment for ich. Copper qt and fallow is the one of the true cures for ich in a tank to completely get rid of it. Disclaimer there are probably other ways but that's the most common and effective.

Kick ich is snake oil. Find out what you have first before treating everything.

Pics under white lighting?
Issue with that is that shes in the only nonscrapable area of the tank. I have a video but not clear at all. There is one spot in there where you can get a good view of her but nothing detailed.

Yes but its just her nobody else is acting like this. Could it be that my nitrates are REALLY REALLY high at about 80 last checked two weeks ago after two 15 gal water changes.

I do see some black dots in the gills after watching the video a few times. Is the pectoral fin red as well?
I think so I can see two red dots on each side underneath her gills if they are red? And finally someone sees what im seeing.

For what its worth im NOT a fish medic and learn everyday. But its hard to make out but I see the black in the gills and the redness i think is on the fins. That could be bacterial infection with high nitrates and state of tank. So there could be two things happening.

And alas there is not a cure all IF this is black ich in the gills Praziquantel or hypo would cure that.
The other is bacterial which I think rally pro could potential fix it. again not a medic I just like to help where I can
