Ruby Red Xenia care?

I picked one up the other day and my brother noticed that there was a parasite on it and he suggested that I get Revive and soak it for 15 minutes and that should kill it off, did that that rinsed it off with my saltwater before putting it in my tank and next morning I noticed that it closed completely?? Any suggestions for this guy?

Not looking so hot...about all you can do is make sure its got enough flow and hope for the best.
What kind of parasite was on it?
