Run Chemi Pure Blue Or No?

i have algae in my nuvo 10nthat a snail is taking care of. My nitrates are like 2-3 and phos at 03. However so much algae is in the tank i feel these numbers are false. I put 2 packets of chemi pure blue nano in after a water change yesterday. That is the only chem filtration in the tank. I am worried though with the low numbers. Do not want dinos etc. What would you do?

The algea is taking up all the nutrients so the test shows theres not that much, I would would try to remove it with your hands.

You’re wanting chemipure to “fix” it but that’s not the fix. Take out as much algae as you can then if your numbers rise, run chemipure. Your test show low and it might be because of the algae but you don’t want to bottom out before you get rid of the algae. You can have dino and algae at the same time lol

Good point. I will remove chemi when i get home.
