I have a new COR15 that I'm planning to run UV with. It isn't submerged, however it does have a pipe down into the water. It won't seem to start up noting that it's "DRY". I hear it trying to start, but it doesn't seem to create any suction. Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a prime setting?

There is no prime setting. It sounds like your plumbing has created an air lock. You will have to find a way to prime it to get it going. After that, it may hold enough water in the loop to stay primed on its own.

So I'd probably need to put a T in place with a ball valve to turn off and on. Open it, flood the system until it realizes it has water in it, then close it before it shoots water all over the place. This sounds...less than exciting :D
