Running an acrylic aquarium outside

I should have specified in my first post that I wanted thr tank up and running but I wasn't sure out to fix it. So I'm remaking one.

I have an acrylic tank that I want to have running in my garage. I'm used to glass tank and I'm not as stressed out with that.
My question is do I need to worry about the acrylic tank or do you think it will be okay out in the garage?

It will be better as it provides more temperature insulation than glass.
