Is it true that change frequency depend on amount of bio load in tank? I only have two clownfish (feed few granules a day) and nothing else at all in the tank, how often do you think I need to change the carbon? Also I put 1 cup of carbon in reactor, is this enough for my bio load?

Should be. Change it monthly. When you do a water change see if you can do it into a CLEAN White bucket.
Compare that water to freshly mixed salt water in another CLEAN White bucket. If the old water does not match change a little sooner until they match. There is no test for carbon viability, Many err on the side of caution & change it frequently since it's not expensive.
