Hi all! I'm new to this site but I've browsed it for a long time and have learned alot! I've been searching around but can't seem to find an answer, if this is the wrong forum I apologize and feel free to move it. I'm running a 75 GPD RO/DI with dual DI Resin. The water going into my first canister is not depleting the resin so the second canister is taking up all the work. I've repacked the canister and switched them only to see the second canister deplete and the first canister doing nothing. I'm getting a 9-11 tds readings out of the first canister and 0 from the second. Do you think there could be something wrong with the first canister in line?

That's weird, my first canister always depletes first. Are you sure there is flow through the first canister?

Also 9-11 TDS is a lot higher than I have coming out of RO. It's usually 0-2. Did you install a TDS meter between the two canister. That's an unusual place to see one installed from the factory.

Originally it was going into canister one and out of canister two but I just moved the TDS meter between canisters one and two so that I could see what was coming out of the each. I just checked a few minutes ago and the TDS out of canister one was 3. I've checked the plumbing several times and can't find any issues....it's a head scratcher for sure.....
