running dual Ecotech vectra pumps alternating

I have a 110Gal tank. I have a custom made inlet bottom and top of the tank. So I can change up the flow in the tank. I have been running these two lines off 1 pump. I just got 2 Ecotech L2 pumps. I have my lights and votechs and vectra all running on a reeflink. I also have a Neptune controller on the tank. I want to have the two pumps alternating thought the way. Aka top pump 4 hrs on the bottom pump 4hrs on. with a 30min ramp over. What would be the best way to do the programming on this?

Not sure if it is the same thing but I have a pair of 1" sea swirls each powered by their own Cor return pumps. One is a Cor 20 (furthest plumbing line) and the other is a Cor 15. I made a virtual outlet and named it tide.

OSC 000:00/360:00/360:00 Then ON

That will alternate 4 times a day and then I have the return pumps change power accordingly. Something like this:

Fallback ON
Set 80
If Output TideTiming = ON Then 25

or

/* Cor 15 */
Fallback OFF
Set 20
If Output TideTiming = ON Then 80

This alters left or right side having more power. Works ok. I also used the Apex wizard and ramped up one pump earlier and the other down. That worked but I was running into some sump height issues when the cross section of both pumps met at one point.

Your Sea swirls are a perfect example of what I am doing. since these are vectra on a reef link. I can use the apex to turn them on and off. I cant doing the ramp profiles. That I know off. I have a cor 20 in another tank. It's an ok pump runs a little off in my setup of a 40gal + sump.
