Running GFO

Just curious, how fast is Phosphate remover supposed to work? I had stopped running GFO a few months back when i noticed my ALK dropping.
Recently i Tested for phosphates and noticed there were high. So i started running some Aquamaxx GFO and was wondering how fast is this actually supposed to start working and show any difference?

Usually you'll begin to see a drop within 3-4 days. You really don't want it any faster than that. Especially if it's been high for a while.

How much should it drop by? i have it gently tumbling but not disrupting the full pile.
