So after several years of having a tank infected with ich I finally had a severe outbreak and lost several of my fish. Due to this it caused me to set up a seperate tank and catch all of my fish for treatment. My display is now running fishless so here is my question and I am afraid I already know the answer. I have been using scripps (NSW) for years now but now I am concerned that if I keep using it running my display fishless will be for nothing. What are the chances that I will reintroduce ich back into the display with using scrips?

Well with seawater there is always a chance that some of the free floating ich could be present....but I'm not sure if its as much of a concern as you think...
If so...I guess start making your own...but after your 8 weeks fish less...i would think they would have a better resilience against it especially if you feed good food with vitamins to keep your fish as healthy as possible...I mean ich has to be everywhere in the ocean...and yet divers don't see thousands of fish with it when they see one...the reason is the other fish are relatively healthy and can "fight off" the parasite....
