Rust color growth

Have this growth on my new tank that I’m curious what it is. It is an orange crust color. All I have are 2 clowns, a damsel, and a cleaner shrimp along with 3 snails

That’s the beginning of what’s known as the uglies or diatoms to be more precise new tanks will go through this stage you can siphon it up buT will keep coming back until it passes normaly couple of weeks or so maybe bit longer it’s normal but very un sightly
 
Hard to tell with the blue light but it sounds like diatoms. Welcome to the ugly phase. Here's a short video of my tank right now. You can see the rocks have diatoms. They were covered completely but I picked up some Trochus snails and they've been doing some work. The blue legged hermits also have been helping but nothing like those snails. You can see where the snails have been and where they haven't in the video. (excuse the floating debris/cloudiness, I'm in the middle of cleaning the tank and sump).
