RUST ON MY GLASS?

I noticed this sort of orange looking rust on my glass and on my turbo stream and wasn’t sure how to identify it. I don’t think it would be rust though there’s no way. If someone could please help me I would appreicate it

A few quick questions - Is it on the inside or outside of the glass? Can it be easily wiped off? If not, can it be scraped off?

An ICP test will confirm if there is rust in the aquarium, but you may want to do a quick check of any device that has magnets to make sure that the magnets are intact and sealed.
