Rust on my Skimmer Pump

Long story short, I’m resetting my tank due to all the problems I had trying to keep SPS happy in my tank.
Found out rust on all my skimmer pump bolts, since I’m trying to do things right this time I wonder if I should not pay attention to it and keep using the skimmer or replace it.
Skimmer is a ReefOctopus 1000sss.
Any input will be much appreciate.

Delrin, plastic or nylon screws. They have cheap kits on amazon and I think ace has them in the loose screw section. Take a old one with you to at least figure out the thread size.

Rust isn’t any good for corals. Makes them upset.
