Rusting on Return pump pip!!!

The metal clamp used to secure pipe that connects to return pipe is rusting already. Is there another option to fix this?Is it a problem if rust gets in the water.

Plastic plumping parts. A tiny amount of rust occasionally won’t hurt anything, but a larger or constant source can cause problems.
