Rusting power head poisoned tank?

Hey guys so I was cleaning my power head today and noticed the prong was rusting what should I do? I only have one power head in my whole tank and it’s giving flow to the all parts of the tank? What should I do? Pictures are attached

Clean the prong as best you can to get the rust off and replace the powerhead asap. If you have to go to Walmart and pick up a cheap powerhead in the mean time.

I see some wear. but I don't see any rust?

I would replace it ASAP if it is rust.

Same replace I wouldn't worry too much about iron I would worry more if I saw copper corrosion.
