Rusty algea?

I'm getting this rusty colored algea all over my rocks it blows away when I put a power head directly to it but the algea returns in a few days any suggestions? Thanks

Does it look like diatom algae? How long are your lights on a day? Have you been feeding more than usual?

U can say it looks like it but the color is more copper then brown. I cut back my feedings and my lights run for 8 hours a day. I replaced all my RO filter last week phospate remover and carbon as well and I havnt seen results
