Rusty Chiller

Scooped up this 1/5hp yesterday. Pretty much just a grab and go pick up and didn’t inspect it for being in a hurry. Any input on all this rust? Looks like it happened from disconnecting hoses or something(run off stains from above). Running water through it and have not noticed any leaks. Other than the display not fully showing numbers it seems to work. Fan and compressor kick on. Useable or dump?

hi,i would say run it with a bucket of water ,somewhere where if leaks will not hurt any thing,1 week water,dont even plug in,week 2 plug in,play with hot water in bucket to get to cycle on and off couple times a day,if works,after 2weeks,go for it,just my opinion
