I have some fragging tools that have some rust spots. My bone cutters where actually frozen shut. I got them working again with some WD 40 but wasn’t thinking how I would clean them up to dip in my reef. What can I soak them in?

Food grade silicone grease. I use it on the magnets in my HOB filters and my tools.

Cavitation would probably be my choice to remove the wd-40 and any rust, without adding any chemicals to the tools.
Not sure would be worth it, if don't have one, vs buying new fragging tools.
Something like this.
