Rusty hair

Tank is about 2 weeks old. But this rust color is on my sand bed and now it’s growing clear bubbles and hair like pieces?
Is this normal?

99% sure its diatoms in a 2 week old tank. The hair like stuff is prob algae starting to grow. It will produce/trap air bubbles

Agreed, almost 100% sure it's diatoms, which is normal for a new tank.

Just give it time, your tank is very young. They should go away by themselves.

Check silicates water flow and just be patient it will usually clear up on it's own
