rusty razor blade

Was cleaning the sandbed today and found a nice old rusty razorblade. I have been struggling with some lps lately and just wonder if this was the cause. What do you think?

probably is, I had a screw fall into my top off water, and some zoos were closed up for weeks until I found out

that is what i first thought but i have heard of a lot of people having major issues from rust

yup one of them's right here bro. lost most of my acans and chalices and trachys to GFO but i'm finding small bits of metal stuck on my magnet so i'm thinking the bits are somehow mixed in my fine sand....
