Thank you for your replay it is not Cyano, try to remove that wit Cyano remover and it is not working.Maybe diatom just do not understand why is coming back.Phosphate with Hanna checker (ppb)only 0.028, and Nitrate 2.0

2.0 ppm? or 2 ppm?

Nitrate is 2 and phosphate is 0.028 converted from ppb to ppm

I would suggest bring up the nitrates up to at least to a 5 or 7 ppm

Thank you could i do that with Flourish Nitrogen from Seachem? That is Nitrogen Supplement for Planted Aquarium.
Urea link This will bring up you nitrate without effecting you corals, like some other product according to one of the poster that I link earlier ;) FYI that poster know what there talking about.

As suggested by Hans Warner this would supply what you need to get you nitrates up to balance you nutrients.
