Hi everyone, this is going to be a documenting thread to help keep track of progress as well as receive knowledgeable input from you experienced veterans of the hobby. This is my first saltwater tank of any kind so this should be an interesting learning curve.

Plan: Softies/LPS

Equipment:
Fluval Osaka 155l
Cascade 700 canister
Reef Octopus BH1000
2x ViaAqua 100w heater
Current USA Marine orbit led
no name powerhead (will be replaced with 2 MP10s soon)

Stock:
40lb Carib Sea sand
31lb live rock

Tank was filled 1/20/17

Sapphire Damsel
Firefish
Royal Gramma
Hi Fin Red banded goby/ randall pistol shrimp pair
CUC:
2x blood shrimp
astrea snails
hermit crabs
Coral:
Green bta
Hammer coral
Xenia(will be isolated)
Zoa colonies

Update:
Added two mp10s and another current orbit marine
Cycle has completed so I put in a firefish, blue damsel, peppermint shrimp, and 10 hermit crabs. Corals are to come soon

1/31/17 Update:
-Added:
Tiger pistol shrimp/yello watchman and they recently paired up
BTA was given to me
Purple/neon green chalice
small red chalice
I believe the BTA has found its spot now
