Yeah and with brightwell salt I had some fine black sand like particles in the bottom of my mixing container

That's one of the reasons I love ESV saltmix very clean mix

I agree totally. Cleaned out a 55 gal that I use to mix reef crystals, drained it to the bottom, it was like light colored clay at the bottom so I started mixing IO with RC till all the RC have been used up then I'm using IO only

I've had that problem with Red Sea coral pro. Group of guys did a group buy on it and I thin 4/5 people had that problem. Reef crystals had a slight problem like that after about 3-4 days of mixing it up of course it might be because I always covered it up in a 5g bucket. I'm going all in with Aqua forest on my next build. I've seen some awesome tanks with it and my favorite LFS has everything in stock on the shelf. Plus it's just as cheap as reef crystals.

Gees i cant even imagine, i tryed alot of different salts nd the best for me came down to esv. Was gunna go the esv route but they switched to 100g buckets that are the same price as 2 200g boxes i can get of any IO

Esvs awesome, honestly its the best saltmix. Never had 1 problem with using it

Aqua forest is a great salt mix, i have a buddy of mine that swears by it. Going to give that salt some time before i test it out

Yea fritz is deffinitly comming along nicely, every lfs i know uses fritz + it mixes clear in like 20 minutes

For the bagillion frags that you have, i gotta ask. What in the world do you mount them with? I use gel glue, but ben looking for a good epoxy/puddy to put down before i glue the frags so i can get things leveled. I was looking at the tunze gum and its expensive but looks great, i hate the fact standard epoxy smells + makes my skimmer go nuts along will myself for a few days

Lol I use ic-gel I used the epoxy with it before but I hate the epoxy. I also looked at the tunze gum but did not get it. When I get the new setup I will try it I have no more room with the last pack on its way lol

Im sure im jinxing myself but man i dont care, this is 8 days growth since cut/got it. From the small crew of people that have it claim its the slowing growing milli in their tanks, these are bad pictures but it already reached the plug
