Sabella's 450L mixed reef build thread

Haha Not necessarily =). Id be dis owned and living on the street with my tanks lololol. Mostly through trading, in the beginning it was a little expensive. Also built an amazing relationship with local hobbiest, without them, id be stocked with lfs pieces.
I think that you need to move so we can be local hobbiests with each other :D

Another reason way I hate rural NC. 2 hours to nearest LFS, no clubs, and no one else I know with a real interest in the hobby.

Whats wrong with pittsburgh =) Unfortunantly im stuck out here for a long while, all my "local" reefing buddys are over an hour drive from me. Beside 2 live less then 10 minutes from my house

Pittsburgh is fine. I'm now the president of the marine aquarium society so I can't move. You need to move here and we can be new BFF Reefer Buddies!

I wish my reefing buddies lived less than 10 minutes away.

There is just SOMETHING about abrotanoids that i couldnt resist. I mean MAN whad you look at that. I know how hard they are to keep, and having done my research, cannot find one person who has has success with this. Im pretty positive joes rainbow is an abro but that doesnt count =) anyway, figured i try my hand at one so well see how it turns out

These are both from kenny POTO, hobbyest at heart just like we are. Top photo is his flamethrower-bottom line favorite acro in my tank, pretty postive its the same as tgc pegasus as they both get from same supplier , second is his optimus prime- pc superman on steroids × 1000

By far my 2 favorite pieces!

Best of luck. I've never had good luck with any Abro. They seem to do good for a while and then turn for the worse.

I know of not 1 person that had success with them. If i had to guess as to what the best terms are for an abro. Has to possibly do with water flow, so itll sit infront of the gyre for now =)

I used to have this untill monti nudibranch killed 99 percent of my montis
Oh man, sorry for the loss. Monti nudis are something else man, alot of hard work goes into dealing with them. Anyway, whats a tank without a plating montipora =)
