Sabella's 450L mixed reef build thread

You have some gorgeous corals. Those acans a few pages back are awesome.
Thank you! Acans actually were the first type of stoney corals i got into. I have a little bit of room left in my tank to add more. Theres a few i have my eye on, just going to take a bit to get my hands on them. Too bad the wild acans dont fair well on color when imported. Otherwise id have tons of acan polyps in my tank lol

Your collection is amazing and a delight. I love looking at whatever your posting. Keep on sharing.
Thank you! I know their just frags now, hopefully the near future we all can see what they turnout to be.

Look at the top portion of the wd, thats was completely shaded by a coral branch. Thats what it looks like in lower lighting i assume. But this is under blue plus and a reefbrite. I have a hard time taking photos under leds without it comming out blurry.

Jf Alter ego, still! Still colorless. But its growing like a beast, encrusted a small medium and large disk. Now onto a 5 inch plate. I would enjoy this monti so much if it just colored up already. There was a couple times were some beautiful shades of orange and purple that popped up but left just as quick. Still trying to figure out what to do here.

What is your favorite monti?

These almost look like a zoa I had a while back "ultimate corals black rainbows"

Wow very cool, i hope they turn out like that. There really really small though, just wish they were a tad bigger

Got a question for everyone, has anyone used the salifert reagents in thier h713-25 checker? I have a buddy of mine thats tested against standards and has better results using the checker with salifert. Ive ben using it for quite some time and finally ordered hach standards to see if it lives up to it
Really, have you tried testing?

Haha i was actually fiddling around the url checker and salifert reagent couple days ago on someones live stream. Using the salifert reagent actually falls withen range of my current tank readings(against hannah reagent). Pretty funny right?
