Sad day for my powder brown

I had my powder brown in my dt for about a month. One of the healthiest specimens I had ever seen thanks to marine collectors. He's was only about 1.5 to 2inchs. I'm guessing something spooked him last night and he wedge himself so tightly in my aquascape that he couldn't get out. I still can't even get him out. I have never experienced a fish getting stuck in between rocks before has anyone one here?

Fish can and will lock themselves into the rocks. I wouldn't try to force it out. If it is still in there in the morning than it may be time to take some action, upto and including breaking the rock to free it if it truly is stuck.

I had a very large Hippo Tang wedge himself inside the rock work during a very large water change. He was so stubborn that he spent 10 whole minutes out of the water stuck in the rocks. He was totally fine but just a reminder that these things can happen.

He didn't survive the night. I'm assuming he stressed himself to death
