So a friend of mines tank just decided that it would no longer be holding water. The bottom glass cracked across about a 18" section and then dumped all the water, rocks on the floor. He does not have a ton of stuff but he is selling what equipment he has that is not ruined. I dont have prices yet but just giving a heads up to the stuff I know will be available. There is a deep blue 1/10 chiller, two current led light strips either Ill find out the length shortly, and a Remora HOB skimmer. He may have a cheap pump or two as well. If your interested let me know. CTARS members preferred please.

Wow that sucks bad. Homeowners insurance is not a bad idea to use so it's all cleaned up well. My brother had a 90g explode and it was on a 2nd floor ended up around 18k worth of damage. They were ripping out flooring and drywall and brought in blowers the next day.

Yea I think the guy downstairs is going to end up on the worst end as far as damage. Jon has his the space cleared out cleaned and all stuff outta the apt.

This is terrible and I know first hand how much this sucks. I just completed an extremely expensive insurance claim when my brand new 300 gallon had a seal failure. Its devastating.
