Saddle puffer help

Hello! I just got a Valentini puffer. I don’t know a whole lot about them. Just want to see if his behavior is normal. He is currently wedged in between a rock and fins are moving like crazy. Is there anything I can do to help him? He’s in a 60gal tank

Are you sure he is not sleeping? I have owned them before and they were sleeping.
