Safe rate of Boosting Mag

By how much ppm can I increase by mag by per day?I will be using a Tech-M which will increase the Mg by a rate of 18.3ppm when added at 1mL per tank volume.

I would stick to about 100ppm a day. Here's a real good read on Magnesium in a reef tank.
