I just bought a hammer coral from someone and it looks infested. I already dip it with reef seachem dip and It’s in my QT tank. Is it safe to dip it twice? Or once is good enough ?

hi infested with what ?
can you post a pic?
how long did you let sit in dip?

I let it sit for about 6-8 mins. Not sure what it was infested with but I seen little things swimming out of it. This is a hammer

Y-e-s, but give it time to recover between dips. Dipping is very stressful for the coral, especially if you're doing freshwater. Keep it in the QT and monitor it. Also supposably feeding amino acids is good for stressed out corals since they can use those more readily than light.
