Safe to use?

I've been mixing this water in a 5 gallon bucket for about a week and half.
I've been pretty busy lately, but it's mostly pure laziness.

My question is, is it still ok to use? I've noticed white buildup in the sides and pump. I've never noticed it before.
It's a new 5 gallon bucket from Walmart, that's what I'm most worried about. Not sure if it's something in the plastic or?

That is precipitation of calcium
If the water tests fine within your specs it is good to use.
