Safetop lids vs Clearview lids

I live in Canada so if there is any Canadian that ordered from them, I really would like to hear from you.

It looks like both make really good quality lids. I don’t want to go to modular and prefer solid. I like that safetop ones don’t come with small hinges to rest lids on the rim but they come with full borders. I also like that they have “moonlight” option which is look so cool.

What’s your experience with them during sales and after sales?

From what I’ve seen on the forum, the modular ones need much more maintenance. The joints wick in salt water, of course, and then can develop fine cracks. That’s not covered because users are expected to wipe it off regularly.

Definitely go with a solid one

I cant speak to customer service because i found my clearview for sale on here but the quality os excellent. I like my clearview a lot!
