Has anybody used safety stop when adding fish straight into a system? If so did it work? Has anybody had any failures where parasites or disease made it past the dip?

I will quote their site:

"Be proactive and give your fish a Safety Stop bath to significantly lower the risk of introducing deadly diseases.

While there is no substitute for extended quarantine of new fish in a separate hospital tank,"

Does anyone think that I could use safety Stop then place fish in an observation tank, not qt right after? I'd rather not do a copper treatment if at all possible, I find it hard on the fish.
I'd think an 'observation tank' is a quarantine tank ... its when medicine is added that I call it a 'hospital tank' ... I didn't use it because I didn't really feel it would treat anything useful and more likely just stress the fish. It was colorful, and for $5 or whatever I paid for pouch it gave me a warm feeling. Using TSM gives me a much better feeling. Didn't use Safety Stop, so defer to others on its actual usefulness.

TSM does all the hospital treatments, so going forward I'm just using them so it makes my life simpler. My fish arrive in October.
