Sail fin Tang fighting Flukes?

Hey everyone,
I have been fighting what I believe to be flukes on my sailfin tang. I’m not sure where they came from but I suspect a flasher wrasse that has since disappeared in my tank and yet to surface. The only fish that has shown any signs is the sailfin ( other fish include two clown and two cardinals and a yellow goby). I did FW dipped the tang about two weeks ago ( when the flasher wrasse showed signs, previous post)for 15 minutes and what was in the bucket did appear to be flukes. I also proceeded to treat my DS tank with Prazipro. I fully intended to treat the tank a 2nd time in 4-5 days just to be sure everything was good. By day 4 they tang began to appear to have the flukes back again on his tail fin, so I treated a second time (1tsp per 20 gallon). I thought I would be in the clear but by day 5 they are back again. Still from a visual standpoint none of the other fish show any signs of flukes and all fish are eating like pigs as always including the Tang. Any suggestions or is the third time the charm?

You can double the dose of prazi without much issue. Unfortunately in a DT your options are limited. Hyposalinity is a way to rid the resistant flukes, but in a display tank obviously that would not be good for your inverts

So doubling up my be my best option? So far they couple of corals I have are doing good, the only corals that my get angry are two small rock anemone and long tip anemone. I also have an emerald crab and snails.

I would try that course of action 4 days apart before anything else.

It’s tough to tell, but yes I could see how you’d think that. I too wondered.

It could but if they found them on a dip, and the fact that I think I see black or other colored spots I’d like to rule out flukes first.

A freshwater dip would work, too.

If you don’t see an immediate and dramatic change in spot reduction, it’s likely you’re actually dealing with ich.

Would Prazipro cause the ice to clear for a couple days? They crazy thing is none of my other fish show any visuals signs or scratching off the rocks. Even the Tang has only done it once or twice. For what that is worth. Lol

FWD is always a good tool to eliminate flukes as diagnoses. I know @AV30 did a dip approx. 2 weeks ago but couldn't hurt to double confirm you're seeing flukes fall off into the bucket. Process of elimination and take it from there.
